Black Pearl Prunella and Scrophularia Formula pill 40g

This formula is a variant on the formula by the same name that was first devised in the 17th century. This formula has traditionally been used for the treatment of various disorders that may involve the localised accumulation of Phlegm-Heat and/or static Blood. Owing to the pathogens, Phlegm and Heat, together with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis, the disorders for which this formula is indicated may require prolonged treatment so this necessitates the use of a more balanced formula that supports the health Qi (zheng qi).
