Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, sale events, or unexpected courier delays, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, order value, and the shipping method available for your location.
Any free shipping offers, flat-rate shipping, or promotional shipping discounts will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, Healthnook is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Healthnook is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed, lost, or missing, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier.
Healthnook is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We may request additional information to review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where applicable.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Healthnook is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import restrictions.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.
